Michelle McGlaun-Davidson is a Certified Public Accountant and sole proprietor of McGlaunDavidson LLC. Her firm was originally established in November 2012 as Michelle L. McGlaun CPA and continues to reflect Michelle’s commitment to providing trusted, practical, and personalized accounting services to individuals, small businesses and not-for-profit entities.

Michelle began her career in public accounting after receiving her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Clayton State University in 1997. She obtained her CPA license in 2000 and holds licenses in Georgia, South Carolina and Florida. She has developed a deep level of experience in financial statement audits, internal controls, management reporting, tax, and business management.

Her corporate experience with compliance, budgeting, forecasting, compensation planning, and software conversions allows her to relate directly to the challenges of running a business. She is interested in understanding each client’s business and providing solutions that meet accounting requirements, create efficiencies, and strengthen internal controls. She understands that the right reporting gives business leaders the information they need to make informed decisions about company operations. Providing both attest and tax services, Michelle approaches the work from the perspective of advocate, teacher, and collaborator.

Michelle is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She currently serves on the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants Peer Review Report Acceptance Body.
